Acceptable Use Policy

Version: 1. Part of the Terms.

You may use SCENRA to create, but not to harm. The rules below apply to your prompts, your pictures, your results, and anything you publish.

1. Never allowed

  1. Sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises or exploits children in any way. We report this to the authorities. Zero tolerance.
  2. Illegal content or content made to commit or help a crime, including fraud, scams, weapons trafficking, and illegal drugs.
  3. Real people, without their consent. Do not create content that shows, copies the face or voice of, or speaks for a real, identifiable person in a way that deceives or harms them: impersonation, fake endorsements, fake statements or "deepfakes", sexual or intimate content, or content meant to harass. Do not upload a picture of a person unless you have that person's permission to use it this way.
  4. Non-consensual intimate content of anyone.
  5. Hate, harassment, threats, and violence: content that attacks people for who they are, threatens or incites violence, glorifies terror or self-harm, or targets a person for abuse.
  6. Misinformation made to deceive: for example fake news presented as real events, fake evidence, election or health manipulation.
  7. Rights of others: do not use a picture, text, character, brand, voice or style in a way that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
  8. Abuse of the Service: attacking or overloading it; scraping or copying it by automated means; reselling access; getting around limits, filters, prices, credits or referral rules; using several accounts for that; sharing or selling accounts; trying to extract the hidden recipes or prompts of our templates; testing security without our written permission.
  9. Malware and spam: content that carries malicious code, or bulk unsolicited promotion.

2. Taking care

  • Disclose AI. Where the law or the platform you publish on requires it, say that content is AI-generated. Do not present a generated result as a real recording of a real event.
  • Sensitive subjects (health, law, money, safety): a generated result is not advice.
  • The AI models have their own filters and can refuse a prompt. A refused request is not charged (see the Credits Policy). Do not try to bypass the filters.

3. Reporting and action

  • To report content or a user: support@scenra.us. We aim to look at reports within 7 days and tell you what we did where we can.
  • We may review content when needed to enforce these rules, to answer a report, or when the law requires, and we may use automated checks. We may remove or block content, limit features, suspend or end accounts, and report to authorities. Serious or repeated breaches can end the account at once.
  • If we remove something that you think is allowed, write to us and we will look again.
