Version: 2026-10-15. Part of the Terms.
1. What credits are
Credits ("SC") are a prepaid balance used to pay for generations. They are not money, not a security, not a token, and have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, except for a refund as described here. Credits are usable only in the Service.
2. Buying credits
- Credits are sold in packages. The package list, the credits in each, the price in US dollars and the payment methods are shown on the Credits page and may change; a change does not affect packages you already bought.
- Before you pay we show how long the files made with the credits of the package are kept (the retention period) and ask you to confirm it. Prices are shown in US dollars; where the page also shows another currency, that figure is an estimate and the amount charged is the one on the payment screen.
- Taxes or fees required by law or by your payment provider may apply Prices are shown in USD. Any taxes required by law are added at checkout and shown before payment..
- During testing, "test" payment channels may be shown; they do not charge money.
3. Credits do not expire
- Credits do not expire. The credits you buy stay in your balance until you use them.
- What has a time limit is the files you make, not the credits. Each package has a retention period for the results made with its credits (currently 7, 10, 15 or 20 days after the result is created, depending on the package; see C.6 of the Terms). After that period the files are deleted, so download what you want to keep.
- If you buy several packages, the credits of the oldest purchase are used first.
4. How credits are used
- Before you generate, you see the price. The price is frozen in a quote for a short time (currently about five minutes). If the real price when you press the button differs from the one you saw, we ask you to confirm again.
- When the generation starts, the price is reserved from your balance.
- If it succeeds, the credits are used.
- If it fails for a technical reason, is refused by the AI provider's filter, or times out, the reserved credits are returned to you, and we tell you so. Credits returned after a failed or refused generation go back to the same purchase they came from. Credits do not expire.
- In rare cases we cannot tell whether the AI provider accepted a job. The credits stay on hold and the page says the generation is being verified. When it is settled they are used or returned.
- A result that is technically fine but not what you wanted (for example, a poor-looking video) is not a failure, and the credits are used. Choose settings and prompts with care; shorter, cheaper tests are the best way to try an idea.
5. Refunds of purchases
- Purchases are final. We do not refund the purchase of a package of credits.
- What is not a refund: credits returned to your balance when a generation fails (item 4 of section 4) are put back automatically and are not a refund of a purchase. A charge made twice or by mistake is corrected under section 8.
- This does not limit rights you have under the law where you live, which we cannot take away.
- If a payment is disputed or reversed (a chargeback), we may block the credits and the account until it is resolved.
6. Promotions, referrals and gifts
Promotional or referral credits are given on the terms shown when they are offered, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn if they were obtained by abuse or by breaking the rules.
7. Prices and changes
Prices of generations and packages can change. A change applies to purchases and generations made after it, never to a generation that is already running at an accepted price. We may adjust what a model costs in credits because our providers change their prices.
8. Problems with a charge
If you think a charge or a credit movement is wrong, write to support@scenra.us with the date and amount. We check our records and the provider's, and correct errors.
