Terms of Service

Effective date: 15 October 2026. Version: 2026-10-15.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and SCENRA, Southeast Asia ("SCENRA", "we", "us"). They apply to the SCENRA website and studio at scenra.us and everything we offer through it (the "Service"): creating videos and images with AI models, buying and using credits, storing and downloading your results, and the optional features described below.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to the Acceptable Use Policy and Credits Policy that are part of this document. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

  • Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
  • Signing in. You sign in with your Google account. We do not use passwords. We receive the details Google shares with us (see the Privacy Policy). Keep your Google account secure: what happens in a session opened with it is your responsibility.
  • One person, one account. Do not share your account or open several accounts to get around limits, promotions or referral rules.
  • Wallet (optional). You may link a crypto wallet to your account. A wallet is never needed to sign in, create, or download. See C.9.
  • Sessions. For your protection a session ends after a limited time, and some sensitive actions (for example removing a linked wallet) may ask you to sign in again.

3. The Service

  • What it does. You describe what you want (and may add pictures), choose a model and settings, and the Service produces a video or an image. Generation is performed by third-party AI models operated by our providers (see section 8).
  • Results are not predictable. AI output can be inaccurate, surprising, repetitive, or similar to other results. The same prompt can give different results. We do not promise that a result will match your expectations, be unique, or be suitable for your purpose. Check results before you use or publish them.
  • Test models. Some models are marked as test models. They return sample content and are not real AI results.
  • Prices and limits. Before each generation you see the price in credits. The price is fixed by a quote that is valid for a short time. Limits (for example the longest video one generation may cost, prompt length, number of simultaneous jobs) may apply and may change.
  • Changes. We may add, change or remove models, settings and features, and may suspend the Service for maintenance. We try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

4. Credits and payment

Credits ("SC") are how the Service is paid for. The details are in the Credits Policy (part G), which forms part of these Terms. In short: credits are bought in packages, credits do not expire (the files you make are kept for a retention period that depends on the package), credits are reserved when a generation starts, are used when it succeeds and are returned when it fails for technical reasons, and credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5. Your content, our license, and publishing

  • Your inputs. Your prompts, settings, and the pictures you add are "Your Inputs". You confirm that you have the rights to use them as you do and that doing so does not break the law or anyone's rights (see the Acceptable Use Policy, especially for pictures of people).
  • Results. The videos and images produced from your inputs are "Your Results". As between you and SCENRA, we do not claim ownership of Your Results. To the extent the law protects them, you may use them, including commercially, subject to these Terms, the terms of the AI providers that apply to the model you used, and the rights of others. Because AI output may be similar between users and the law on AI-generated works is unsettled, we cannot guarantee that you will hold exclusive rights in a result.
  • License to us. You give SCENRA a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, copy (including to create previews, posters and compressed copies), transmit and display Your Inputs and Your Results only to operate and secure the Service for you: to run your generation, show it to you, keep it for the retention period, and let you download it. This license ends when the content is deleted (see section 6), except for backups and records we must keep (see the Privacy Policy).
  • No training by us. We do not use Your Inputs or Your Results to train AI models of our own. We do not use your content to train models. Our AI provider's terms do not rule out that it, or the model maker, may use submitted content to improve its service; do not submit content you are not allowed to share.
  • Publishing is your choice. Your Results are private by default. They are visible only to you unless you choose to publish one, for example to the Explore page (this feature is being built and applies once it is available). If you publish: you confirm you have the right to do so; you give us a license to display and distribute the published copy, including a compressed copy and poster, to other users of the Service; you may unpublish at any time and we will remove the published copy; and the prompt and settings are shown only if you choose to share them. People who have already seen or saved a published result are not affected by removal.
  • Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

6. Storing, keeping, and deleting results

  • Retention period. Each result is kept for the retention period of the package its credits came from (currently 7, 10, 15 or 20 days after the result is created). The date is shown with the result.
  • After that it is deleted. When the period ends we permanently delete the video or image file and its poster. We cannot restore them. We keep a record that the generation happened (the prompt, model, settings, cost and dates) so your history and our accounting stay correct.
  • We are not a storage service. We have no obligation to store Your Content beyond the retention period, and we may set reasonable limits on file size, number of files and storage time. Download what you want to keep before it expires. We show a reminder one or two days before.
  • Pictures you add. A picture you upload for a generation is kept for 24 hours if it is not used. If a generation uses it, it is kept as long as the result is kept, so that "Generate again" works. Details such as location data are removed from the picture when it is stored.
  • Deleting your account. See the Privacy Policy. When an account is deleted its files are deleted as described there.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy (the Acceptable Use Policy). We may refuse, remove or block content and may suspend accounts that break it (see section 12).

8. Third-party services

The Service depends on providers, and some of your data goes to them as the Privacy Policy explains:

  • AI model providers. Your prompt, settings, and any pictures you added are sent to the AI provider that runs the model you chose (currently Kie.ai, which runs models such as Wan, Seedance, Kling and Nano Banana) so that it can generate your result. Pictures are made available to the provider through a temporary link. The provider's own terms and filters apply, and it may refuse a request or fail. Kie.ai (kie.ai/terms-of-service, kie.ai/privacy-policy): it receives the prompts and images needed to create a result, may share them with the maker of the chosen model, may store data in the United States, keeps media files for 14 days and log data for 2 months, and may use submitted content to operate and improve its service.
  • Google for sign-in. Reown (WalletConnect) and your wallet app for the optional wallet connection. Payment providers for the payments you make. Cloudflare and our hosting provider for delivery and infrastructure.
  • We are not responsible for services that are not ours, but we choose providers carefully and limit what we send them.

9. Wallet and blockchain features (optional)

  • Linking a wallet means you sign a message with your wallet to prove you control the address. We never receive or store your private keys or seed phrase and will never ask for them. We store the public address, network and the proof of signature.
  • A linked wallet is shown in your account. Ordinary wallet links can be removed after a recent sign-in. A Robinhood Chain wallet is bound to your registered email after you review the account and address and sign the binding message. You cannot replace or unlink it yourself. Only a SCENRA administrator may approve a replacement after you prove control of the new wallet. The email binding stays unchanged. The decision, reason, old address and new address are recorded for audit. Deleting the account does not release its current or previous bound addresses for another account. Disconnecting your browser does not remove the binding. We cannot recover private keys or move funds from a lost wallet. Anything on a public blockchain is public and cannot be removed by us.
  • Wallet features are optional. Creating, editing, buying credits with money, and downloading never require a wallet. Features such as tokens, collectibles or on-chain rewards are not available at this time. If they are introduced they will have their own terms, risk warnings and, where required, eligibility checks. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and we do not promise any value, return or income.

10. Competitions and rewards (when available)

If we run competitions or reward programs, each will have its own rules published before it starts: theme, dates, how entries are scored, whether entering is free, and what is given and when. We announce rewards only once they are secured. Entering does not guarantee any result. We may disqualify entries that break the rules or the Acceptable Use Policy or that manipulate the score. These rules do not exist until a program is announced.

11. Availability and support

The Service is provided as available. We aim to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Generations can fail or take longer than expected, and when a generation fails for technical reasons the credits for it are returned (see the Credits Policy). Support: support@scenra.us, usually within 3 business days.

12. Suspension and ending

  • You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account.
  • We may refuse, limit, suspend or end access, and remove content, if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if we must for legal reasons, to protect the Service or other people, or if you do not use the account for a long time (see the Privacy Policy on inactive accounts). Where reasonable we explain why and give a chance to respond, but we may act immediately for serious cases such as child sexual abuse material, threats, fraud, or security attacks.
  • If we end your account for breaking the rules, unused credits may be forfeited to the extent the law allows; if we end it for another reason, we will deal with unused paid credits under the Credits Policy.

13. Disclaimers and limits of liability

  • The Service and all results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows, including about accuracy, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation.
  • To the extent the law allows, SCENRA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or loss caused by AI output, third-party services, or your use of results.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for claims about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where they apply.

14. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use results and for your inputs. You agree to compensate SCENRA for losses caused by your breach of these Terms or by content you provide that infringes others' rights, to the extent the law allows.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with its date, and for significant changes we will tell you in the Service or by email before they apply. If you keep using the Service after the date, you accept the new version. If you do not agree, stop using it and ask us to delete your account. We keep the version numbers of the Terms and Credits Policy you accepted.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Please contact us first at support@scenra.us so we can try to solve a problem informally. Disputes that cannot be solved are handled by the courts of Singapore.

17. General

If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right is not giving it up. You may not transfer your account or rights without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Credits Policy, are the whole agreement about the Service. Contact: support@scenra.us.
