Build the story scene by scene

Marketing Studio storyboard: idea, references, duration, clips and narration for each scene.

± 12 minutes of reading & practice· Storyboard

AFTER THIS GUIDE, YOU CAN

One story plan with several scene images that can be reviewed one by one.

Before you start

  • Ideas that have been divided into beginning, body and conclusion.
  • Consistent product or character references.
  • Budget for multiple image results.
Shape, resolution, duration: what is the difference?

Shape (ratio) is the ratio of the width and height of the frame. 9:16 looks tall, while 16:9 looks wide.

9:16Tall portrait
16:9Landscape
1:1Square
4:5Shorter portrait
Resolution = number of pixels
Pixels are small dots that make up an image. Example of horizontal video: 1280 × 720 pixels (720p) and 1920 × 1080 pixels (1080p) are both 16:9. The second one has more pixels, not a longer duration.
Duration = length of video or sound
Example: a 5 second video finishes faster than a 10 second video. Still images do not have a playback duration. Duration options follow the available models.
AI model = the engine that creates your result
Each model can have different shape, resolution, duration, sound and cost options. Start from the options available on the tool, then read the cost calculations.
Quote = the price shown before generation
Check the SC (SCENRA Credits) amount before pressing Generate. Changing the model or settings may change the price. Academy exercises do not use credits.

These examples explain the terms. The available settings and actual prices depend on the SCENRA tool when you open it.

  1. Create or select a project

Open Studio → Marketing Studio → Storyboard. Enter the idea, style, language, total duration in seconds and scene count. For stories with bound characters and locations, use Studio → Cinema → Storyboard.

  2. Divide the story into shots

One shot is one scene or shot. Write down the subject, action, point of view, and purpose of each. Make sure each shot has a different function.

  3. Use the same reference

Select the product, character and suitable Add reference images. Check references in AI Help, then review each scene’s script, image prompt and video prompt.

  4. Choose the model and clip duration

Wan 3.0 is the default for new storyboards. Total story duration differs from a single clip’s duration. Choose supported duration, resolution and ratio; review the cost before Generate video.

  5. Review by scene

Check your face, clothing, product, time of day and direction of light. Mark scenes that need improvement. Don't promise perfect consistency just because you use series mode.

  6. Add narration and assemble the result

Fill Narration and choose a voice. Tags or Auto-tag help with expression before Make voiceover. Review completed clips and audio, then assemble them in Editing Video. Storyboard images alone are not a film.

EXAMPLES TO TRY

Start with this prompt.

Change the product, name and details to suit your own. This example is not an automated command and does not guarantee the same results.

Three connected product story frames with the same green bottle and natural window lighting. Shot 1: a wide view of the product on a stone table. Shot 2: a close-up of its packaging detail. Shot 3: a clean hero composition with room around the product. Keep the product design and environment consistent. No added text.
